Join an intimate group course for five weeks of rediscovering what it is you truly want out of life and awakening to your highest self. Allow yourself the permission to reconnect to the goddess within.
My course Awakening You has helped numerous women connect back to what they desire from life, build more confidence in their decisions, and learn how to trust the energy that is their highest self.
Through our five weeks together in a group coaching setting we will:

get clear on who you are and how you show up in your daily life,

explore where you want to go, what fears you have around this and take steps to move you closer to your highest self,

explore energetic alignment, and balancing your masculine and feminine energies,

build authentic self care practices that you can do as you move through your daily life, and

learn how to recognize your subconscious thoughts, honour them and then observe how these in turn affect your daily decisions.

Week #1
Who Are You Right Now
How often do you take the time to think about who you are now and what you are moving towards? We will take this first week to honestly reflect on who you are today, and then turn our eye to the future and connect to who you would like to become.
Week #2
Exploring Vibrational Energy
Everything is energy and everything is vibrating at a frequency that either attracts of repels things towards itself. We will explore how to identify your energetic frequencies, learn how to connect and clear it, and how to raise your energetic vibrations as a first step in acknowledging who you are and who you are becoming!


Week #3
Ego VS Observer
Most of us are on autopilot with our subconscious thoughts. Our brain is just doing its usual thing with your thoughts, reactions and emotions. And these patterns create your Ego Mindset. We will explore how your Ego Mindset is creating your reality, and then teach you how to come into your Observer Mindset without judgement to shift your current habits and beliefs.
Week #4
Balancing Masculine & Feminine Energy
Find yourself with a never ending to do list, blaming others for the annoying things that happen in life, feeling like you need to control everything to stay sane? You may be living in your wounded Masculine energy. This week is all about understanding that we are a mix of both masculine and feminine energy and how balancing these two is so empowering.


Week #5
Authentic Self Care
Self Care is such a buzz word, that many people think that it is below them. I am here to tell you that Authentic Self Care is the easiest way to connect back to your joy and peace. It looks different for everyone, but by the end of this week you will be able to identify your own authentic self care practices and be able to plan then into your life.
