When I think about my journey as a woman, I can clearly see moments where I was disconnected to my desires, wants and needs, but didn't know how to tap into this inner wisdom.
Now after spending the time to invest in my own personal growth, I see how magical this connection is. And I have been naturally helping women see their own highest self through conversation, meditation, journalling, energy work and more.
As a soul, I am a lover of nature, matcha, chatting with women about the mystical and magical things that surround us in life and how we navigate these things through energy, meditation and gratitude.
I am also a mother to two heart centred boys and have a husband that is my biggest fan. I am surrounded by a support system filled with understanding, patience, and a little tough love.
I would love to support you if you are not sure who you are anymore. Whether you have lost yourself in a job, children, a pivotal relationship, or if YOU find yourself consumed by your daily life and unsure of how you got here.

I host monthly women's circles, in my home, that are a space for women to connect, share and learn about Spirituality, Energy, Navigating the Feminine experience and more.
We start with a guided meditation and allow the energy of the room to lead our discussions.
